Inside 301 S Pollard, we have several vendor spaces including 4x5, 6x8, and 8x10 booths as well as wall spaces. We invite small businesses to join our marketplace on a monthly rental basis (after an initial 90-day signing) in order to create a true one of a kind shopping experience for our beautiful little town.

Shoppe Owners are encouraged to get creative in their space with displays, logos, lighting, paint, wallpaper, flooring, etc. We want each ‘shoppe’ to brand themselves and treat their space as their own mini storefront, which includes marketing effectively.

Rent/Commission Fees are as follows:

• 8x4 Wall Space: $35/mo + 18% commission & 2% transaction processing fee

• 4x5 Booth: $65/mo + 18% commission & 2% transaction processing fee

• 6x8 Booth: $125/mo + 18% commission & 2% transaction processing fee

• 8x10 Booth: $160/mo + 18% commission fee & 2% transaction processing fee

We handle all sales and processing throughout the month, which is covered in fees. Vendor payouts will be after fee deductions. We operate on an online inventory system, which is updated frequently so that Shoppe Owners have access to total inventory without having to physically come in the store- providing a streamlined and organized process for all involved.
